Language Criteria
International applicants must meet one of the listed criteria for full admission.
For Undergraduate Admission:

Higher Level English minimum of 5
minimum of 53 Transfer students who have completed 24+ university-level credits in the USA or other approved English-speaking countries may have the English proficiency requirements waived.
Please note: Exception requires a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0. ESL courses do not count toward the 24 credits.
For Graduate Admission:

Exemptions
Applicants are exempt from the English Language Proficiency Requirement if they meet any of the following criteria:
- Undergraduate applicants who are exempt from the English Language Proficiency Requirement will be required to take the or for scholarship consideration.
- Earned a high school diploma, Associate of Arts, Associate of Science, or bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited U.S. high school, college, or university. Please note that completion of a GED does not waive the English Language Requirement.
- Completed the equivalent of a high school education or the equivalent of a U.S. bachelor's degree in one of the following countries:
